Lindsay Dapp Kern is a creative project director who brings joy and calm to complexity and inclusive strategy to the everyday.

With more than fifteen years of experience across educational and nonprofit organizations, Lindsay has produced dozens of high-impact events, fostered stakeholder engagement across 20+ states, and developed accessibility standards so that every attendee's needs are met and exceeded.

As Senior Program Director at The Conscious Schools Project, she co-produces a year-long leadership series for Oklahoma City educators, building the kind of connective k-12 culture that keeps people learning together and raising the bar for OKC kids long after the program ends.

Throughout her career, Lindsay has guided organizations through launches, celebrations, and transitions with clear communication and a steady hand. As a leadership coach, Lindsay brings the same level of ethics and care to her one-on-one clients.

Lindsay holds a degree in English, Creative Writing from California State University, Long Beach, and a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of South Florida. She has also completed certifications in strategic thinking, project management, spiritual direction and companionship, non-violent crisis management, and Usui Reiki. She also practices as a multidisciplinary artist, spanning watercolor, mixed media, poetry, calligraphy, and embroidery.

She’s completed The Artist’s Way (twice!) and meets regularly with friends for artist dates around Minneapolis. She is a continuous learner and is almost always part of a learning cohort. She reads people, places, and paperbacks and celebrates the power of a great playlist.
